Funds available at MINAT.

the Minister of territorial administration informs leadears of political parties taking part in the twin legislative and municipal elections of 8 february 2020 that, in accordance with provisions of Section 285 of Law No. 2012/001 of 19 April 2012 on the Electoral Code, as amended and supplemented by law No. 2012/017 of 21 december 2012, funds have been made available for campaigns. the first instalment of the said funds shall be shared in proportion to the lists approved while the second shall be  shared out after the publication of results, in proportion to the number of seats obtained.

 the Minister  of territorial administration therefore calls on leaders of the parties concerned or their duly mandated representatives, to come to room 317, department of Political Affairs, on Wednesday, 29 January 2020, from 2 Pm, along with their credentials, for disbursement of the first instalment.
