The Emergency Humanitarian Assistance Plan under the coordination of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and its regional centres in Bamenda and Buea, continues to attend to registered Internally Displaced Persons, as well as hand out relief aid. Many IDPs ignored lockdown calls and turned out in their numbers to be served.
