MINAT LAUNCHES VACCINATION CAMPAIGN AGAINST COVID-19

On Thursday 2nd September 2021, the Minister of Territorial Administration Atanga NjI Paul launched the campaign for the vaccination against Covid-19 Pandemic at the conference hall of his ministerial department.

The Secretary General and personnel from MINAT took turns to receive the vaccine administered by a team of health experts. They had the choice between the Johnson and Johnson and Sino Pham vaccines. This exercise unfolded under the watchful eyes of the MINAT boss who according to him, being administered the Covid-19 shot as he had done is a responsible and necessary act that saves lives. “President Paul Biya made it clear and the Prime Minister reiterated it to the government that taking the vaccine is protecting yourself and the environment”. He stressed. He equally used the opportunity to disapprove of the fake stories about the Covid 19 vaccine. He further emphasised that, after the central services, the vaccination will move to the regions.
