The Minister of Territorial Administration, Atanga Nji Paul, on an appeasement and sensitisation mission in the Adamawa Region, has called on traditional rulers, religious leaders and members of parliament to uphold the values of peace and harmony for a stable Cameroon. The MINAT boss invited these groups of persons, where he distributed to them copies of the Head of State’s swearing-in speech, noting that the speech is a working document which highlights the roadmap to construct the country with the participation of everyone; thus, he urged them to play a role in nation building. They are expected to bring up children in republican values as a shield against manipulation and fake news. MINAT Boss condemned the instrumentalisation of children by irresponsible politicians, calling on parents to guide the children against manipulation. The minister emphasised that all authority comes from God, stating that God made President Paul Biya to be reelected to lead Cameroon into a prosperous future. The session held by the MINAT boss with traditional rulers, religious leaders and members of parliament was the second phase of his security meeting on November 10, 2025, in Ngaoundere.
