The National Bilingualism Week in the Ministry of Territorial Administration will be celebrated from January 27 to February 2, 2024, under the theme « Bilingualism as a vehicle of digitisation of the administration of the territory and promotion of civic and moral values for a peaceful and emerging Cameroon. On Saturday, January 27, 2024, the sports walk was organised by the Division of Translation and Promotion of Bilingualism. It started with exercises. Participants included the staff from MINAT and those from across the 7 Sub Divisions in Mfoundi. They walked from the central administration area via 20th Avenue and made a brief stop along the Military Hospital for stretching exercises. They continued through the reunification monument, Enam, and back to MINAT. The Director of DTPB, Dr. WEREBESI Luther, acknowledged the presence of the Inspector General of Services, some directors, administrative authorities, and staff from the sub-divisions. Activities for the week will include a quiz, gastronomy, and a round table on Friday, February 2nd, with the ceremony of the Bilingualism Day at the Conference Hall of MINAT. The sports walk ended with a group picture.
